For Honor is a AAA multiplayer, third-person, fighting game. It was released in 2017 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
I worked on For Honor from June to September 2017 as an intern at Studio Gobo, in a co-development capacity for Ubisoft Montréal.
I was part of a small team of programmers and designers prototyping new multiplayer game modes. I was responsible for adding features and tools to support rapid iteration in response to playtest feedback. I also had the chance to get involved in the design process, implementing and testing my own ideas.
While none of the prototypes we developed made it into the game, the team I was part of went on to ship the Arcade Mode feature.
